Nikki thoroughly researched our familymoon options and found us what we were after, and it was significantly cheaper than we had been previously quoted.
She kept in regular contact throughout the whole process and even checked in for us! Her service was outstanding and so when it came to booking a family trip to Disneyland Paris last March, we had no hesitation about asking her to arrange everything for us.
Once again, Nikki’s service and attention to detail was fantastic with expert advice about where we should stay and how best to utilise our time before unfortunately the pandemic hit, cancelling our trip.
Nikki dealt with this and subsequent setbacks with the dates quickly and professionally, even getting us a better deal than our original one for when we hope to finally be able to travel again.
