My mum and I wanted to take my youngest to her dream place, Disneyland Paris.
I spoke with Nikki, who was just brilliant.
She was professional and patient every step of our journey, from the initial booking to arriving back home; answering questions promptly and providing us with the confidence of knowing she had everything in hand.
Nikki secured us a great deal, helped us plan our restaurant bookings, sent our tickets and information pack with the lovely surprise touch of a little gift followed by a call to ensure everything was okay.
Even as we were heading off, Nikki asked to be kept updated on our surprise reveal and was constantly answering my last-minute questions.
Amazing Nikki - it was a fantastic experience and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making what our little princess called ‘a dream come true’.
