I love arranging holidays and I pride myself on my customer care. It was heart-warming to read Lisa’s testimonial and I was delighted they had a wonderful time in Egypt.
I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Nikki at NC Travel for making everything so smooth, efficient and enjoyable on a very special holiday for myself and my father.
From the initial enquiry to the end of holiday, she went over and above to ensure that she helped us to have a great time.
My father is in recovery from a life changing illness and I was nervous about taking him abroad, especially in light of the new and ever changing procedures that are now in place.
Nikki’s knowledge and empathy helped to reassure me, and guided me to the best location and package for our needs. She liaised tirelessly with the holiday company directly to make sure everything was in place and even took on some of the administrative tasks that I was expecting to deal with – which certainly lightened my stress.
Whilst we were away, she checked in to make sure it was living up to our expectations (it was and BEYOND them!) and again made things as easy as possible for us on our return – by sending me direct links to all the forms I would need, pre-printing boarding passes, etc.
The holiday itself at Makadi Spa in Egypt was simply stunning – beautiful location, wonderful, kind and helpful staff that could not do enough for me and dad, immaculate condition, amazing facilities (the pools and relaxation areas were out of this world in terms of restfulness), lovely fresh food, and plenty of well priced, and very enjoyable excursions on offer if you wanted to venture out of the complex.
All these things really made such a difference – and I would highly recommend the holiday to others, especially if they had others traveling with them that may have some additional needs.
